During the workshop, which was open to KAUST Solar Center researchers on September 27th 2020, the characterization of the absorber layers and solar cells by combining hyperspectral imaging and absolute calibration, and the data analysis, 2D imaging using home-built MatLab code were discussed. Analyzing the data acquired from hyperspectral imaging system, it is possible to obtain Urbach energy and quasi-Fermi level splitting imaging of the samples.
